HOUSING INITIATIVE PROGRAM

The Fresh Start Housing Initiative (FSHI)  seeks to provide housing assistance for individuals who need help securing housing. The housing initiative acts as a service that helps individuals who would otherwise be denied rental opportunities for reasons such as negative credit history, criminal background, and prior evictions.

Fresh Start Housing Initiative clients receive information on their rental journey with the goal of learning the skills needed to create consistent and positive relationships with rental housing providers. At the end of the program completion, clients should be able to rent on their own merit.
